Neighbor is seeking a high-ownership Head of Local Growth to lead a team focused on expanding earnings for property owners on our platform. You will drive major initiatives like Google Maps growth, signage programs, and supply expansion across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, growth, performance marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership and team coaching experience.
• Strong analytical instincts and dashboard/test design skills.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data.
• Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and stay organized across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Scale Google Maps by growing and optimizing thousands of Google Business Profiles to outrank competitors.
• Grow walk-in reservations by scaling location signage programs.
• Lead supply expansion with capital improvements to grow earnings.
• Own demand side of pilot programs, filling locations with renters.
• Own a portfolio of growth bets: test, learn, and scale winners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data to improve conversions and ship automations.
• Lead and develop a high-output team and maintain dashboards for stakeholders.
