Craft is seeking a hands-on Growth leader to own the engine that drives pipeline and revenue in the home improvement AI space. You’ll own experiments, content, SEO, and outbound programs, and you’ll partner closely with sales and CS to scale acquisition and expansion.

We’re looking for a mid-career operator who has driven growth, can write the narrative, and is excited to become Head of Growth. This role requires NYC-based, in-person collaboration five days a week.

Qualifications

• Mid-career operator with proven pipeline or revenue impact.
• Hands-on growth hacker who runs experiments and writes content.
• Fluent with modern growth tooling including AI, automation, SEO, paid and outbound platforms.
• Strategic storyteller who writes the narrative and content personally.
• Scrappy generalist who moves fast and goes deep when needed.
• Aspiring to Head of Growth and willing to relocate to NYC.
• Willing to be in NYC 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline by building an engine turning strangers into qualified demos across channels.
• Build the brand to define the category in home improvement AI through positioning and awareness.
• Own content and SEO: publish blogs, case studies, and organic social to drive pipeline.
• Run experiments weekly, analyze data, discard what fails, boost what works.
• Create loops with sales and customer success for repeatable acquisition and expansion.
• Travel to conferences to pitch Craft and book qualified demos in person.
