Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or insurance preferred or willing to obtain P&C licensure within 90 days of joining.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell and retention.
• Build and maintain a pipeline with local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community (dealerships, events, partners) to grow business.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
