Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC seeks a Commercial Construction Superintendent to coordinate Nashville jobsite operations and supervise field personnel to complete projects on schedule and within budget. Based in Nashville, the company focuses on commercial retail, hospitality, and light-industrial builds with a strong backlog and client base.

Formación

• 5+ years of on-site supervision of commercial construction.
• Ground-up commercial project experience preferred for $1–3M.
• Tenant Improvement and interiors experience required.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation preferred; truck provided if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the workflow of ongoing projects to meet schedule and budget.
• Communicate project priorities to subcontractors.
• Identify and solve problems to maintain schedule.
• Ensure quality workmanship per plans and specs.
• Create and manage job schedules.
• Supervise final punch-out.
• Read and interpret building plans.
• Build positive relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Promote and implement job-site safety.
• Travel within region as needed.
• Project sizes: TI $500k-1M; Ground-up $1-15M.
• Project types include ground-up, build-out retail, medical-office, restaurant, mixed-use.
