The role supports a mix of local Nashville projects across TI, ground-up, retail, and restaurant work. Travel within the region may be required; competitive compensation includes a substantial bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience with on-site supervision of commercial construction.
• Ground-up commercial experience preferred for projects around $1–3M.
• Tenant Improvement and interiors experience required.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation preferred; truck provided if needed.

Aufgaben

• Direct the workflow on ongoing projects to match schedule and budget.
• Communicate project priorities to subcontractors.
• Identify and solve problems to maintain schedule.
• Ensure workmanship conforms to plans and specs.
• Create and manage job schedules.
• Supervise final punch-out.
• Read and interpret building plans.
• Maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Promote and enforce site safety.
• Region-wide travel may be required.
