Job summary

48forty Solutions, LLC in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a CDL Driver to join our team. You’ll earn $27.00 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and have weekends off, be home daily, and perform no-touch freight.

The role includes local truckload deliveries, mostly drop and hook, and operating an automatic 53’ truck. Candidates need 1 year of CDL-A experience within the last 3 years, be 23+, hold a valid CDL, and pass DOT physicals.

Qualifications

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle.
• Must pass a DOT physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician.
• No record of being disqualified to drive.
• Successful completion of a DOT road test.
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years – a higher score will be reviewed.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Hourly Pay:

$27.00/hr with $5,000 sign on bonus ($2,500 paid at 30 days, $2,500 portion paid at 90 days)

What You'll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook
