48forty Solutions is hiring a CDL Driver in Minnesota to perform local truckload deliveries with drop and hook. The role offers competitive pay and daily home time, with weekends off and no touch freight.

Weekly shifts run Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a $29.50 hourly rate plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits likely include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older.
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician.

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook.
• Deliver and pick up trailers within 150 miles, making about 3-4 routes per shift.
• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for 9-10 hour shifts.

$29.50/hr with $5,000 sign on bonus ($2,500 paid at 30 days, $2,500 portion paid at 90 days)

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook
• Deliver and pick up trailers within (150 miles) making about (3-4 of routes) routes per shift
• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for (9-10 of hours) shifts
• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older
• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician
• No record of being disqualified to drive
• Successful completion of a DOT road test
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years - a higher score will be reviewed
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
