48forty Solutions is seeking a CDL Driver to join our team in Eagan, MN. Earn $29.50/hr with sign-on bonus and regular home daily, weekends off, and no-touch freight. Location: 2945 Commers Drive, Eagan, MN 55121.

Shifts are Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities as a leading pallet management company. The role emphasizes local truckload deliveries with drop-and-hook, 150-mile trailer runs, and 9–10 hour shifts in an automatic 53' vehicle.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle.
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician.
• No record of being disqualified to drive.
• Successful completion of a DOT road test.
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years - a higher score will be reviewed.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.

Overview

As a CDL Driver, you'll get the opportunity for competitive pay, for weekends off, to be home daily, and have no touch freight!

Hourly Pay:

$29.50/hr with $5,000 sign on bonus ($2,500 paid at 30 days, $2,500 portion paid at 90 days)

Shift(s):

Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook

• Deliver and pick up trailers within (150 miles) making about (3-4 of routes) routes per shift

• Drive an automatic, 53' truck/dry van for (9-10 of hours) shifts

What You'll Need

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years

• Must be at least 23 years of age or older

• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred
