48forty Solutions, LLC is seeking a Local CDL Driver in Pompano Beach, FL. This full-time role offers home daily, weekends off, and no-touch freight with weekly pay and benefits on day one.

Hourly pay is $22.00/hr. Shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with routes primarily local and within 100 miles.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of CDL-A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Must possess a valid CDL-A license and be 23+ years old.
• Must pass a DOT physical and DOT road test.
• Clean PSP (10 or below in past 3 years).
• English reading/writing/speaking proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Handle local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook.
• Deliver and pick up trailers within 100 miles, about 4–8 routes per shift.
• Operate 10-speed manual trucks with 53’ dry vans/flat beds.
• Maintain safe, on-time deliveries and proper paperwork.
• Adhere to DOT, safety and company policy.

As a Local CDL Driver, you’ll get the opportunity for competitive pay, for weekends off, to be home daily, and have no touch freight! Full-time, permanent position with weekly pay and benefits on day one.

Hourly Pay $22.00/hr.

Shift(s) Monday - Friday 700am - 330pm

Location Pompano Beach, FL, 33069

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook
• Deliver and pick up trailers within (100 miles) making about (4-8) routes per shift
• 10 speed manual trucks; 53’ dry vans and flat beds. Full-time, permanent position with weekly pay and benefits on day one! for (8 hour) shifts
• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older
• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician
• No record of being disqualified to drive
• Successful completion of a DOT road test
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years - a higher score will be reviewed
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
