Job summary

48forty Solutions is seeking a CDL Driver in St. Louis, MO. You will handle local truckload deliveries, primarily drop and hook, and manage 2–4 routes per shift on 8–10 hour days. You’ll drive an automatic 53’ truck/dry van, with weekends off and home daily.

Competitive hourly pay of $24.00–$26.00 depending on experience, plus benefits and a strong team environment. Must meet CDL-A, DOT, and safety requirements and read/write/speak English proficiently.

Qualifications

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid CDL-A license to operate a commercial motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook.
• Deliver and pick up trailers within 100–150 miles, making about 2–4 routes per shift.

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook
• Deliver and pick up trailers within (100-150 of miles) making about 2-4 routes per shift
• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for (8-10 of hours) shifts
• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older
• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician
• No record of being disqualified to drive
• Successful completion of a DOT road test
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years - a higher score will be reviewed
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
