48forty Solutions is seeking a Local CDL Driver in Pompano Beach, FL. You'll handle local deliveries with no-touch freight, enjoy weekly pay, benefits from day one, and a schedule of Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm. Requirements include a valid CDL-A, 1 year experience, and DOT physical clearance.

Routes are 4–8 per shift within ~100 miles. The role emphasizes safe driving, punctuality, and teamwork in a growing pallet management company with a strong emphasis on home daily.

As a Local CDL Driver, you’ll get the opportunity for competitive pay, for weekends off, to be home daily, and have no touch freight! Full-time, permanent position with weekly pay and benefits on day one

Hourly Pay:

$22.00/hr.

Shift(s):

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

What You'll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook

• Deliver and pick up trailers within (100 miles) making about (4-8) routes per shift

• 10 speed manual trucks; 53’ dry vans and flat beds. Full-time, permanent position with weekly pay and benefits on day one! for (8 hour) shifts

What You'll Need

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years

• Must be at least 23 years of age or older

• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle

• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician

• No record of being disqualified to drive

• Successful completion of a DOT road test

• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years – a higher score will be reviewed

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years

• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
