Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Shuttle Driver to operate local routes with home every day. The role features a night shift (Sunday night through Thursday night) with dispatching between 3-5pm and an average annual salary of $80,000-$85,000.

The position includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus ($500 at 3 months, $500 at 6 months, $500 at 1 year). Benefits start Day 1, with health, 401k matching, and education assistance, plus opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 12 months commercial driving experience
• Must be 21 years of age
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations
• Drives and delivers trailers according to route schedule
• Unloads, secures freight, and completes required paperwork
• Performs daily hours of service logging
• Ensures equipment and freight are secured and safe
