Performance Foodservice in Michigan is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport empty and full trailers across intrastate routes. You will operate a tandem/tractor/trailer and ensure timely deliveries, with a Sunday night to Thursday night schedule and home every day.

The role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus (disbursed over 12 months) and a starting pay of $80,000–$85,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits including health, 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Formación

• 12 months commercial driving experience.
• Low tolerance for safety violations.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Clean MVR in last 3 years.
• Pass drug test and background check.
• Pass road test.
• DOT Health Card current or can obtain one.

Responsabilidades

• Perform safety checks and inspections per DOT rules.
• Ensure all route paperwork is accurate and available.
• Drive and deliver trailers on predetermined routes.
• Hook/unhook trailers following safety guidelines.
• Park and secure tractors/trailers when needed.
• Maintain daily logs of hours of service.
