Job summary

Universal Energy Solutions is hiring full-time Account Managers in Pittsburgh to grow a local portfolio of commercial energy customers. You’ll review electricity and natural gas plans, present supplier options, and build long-term business relationships through renewals and new client acquisition.

Office-based role with field travel within a 30-mile radius, commission-based earnings, and paid training. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Support customers through future renewals and ongoing energy needs.
• Prospect for new clients by meeting local business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Identify opportunities to reduce energy costs for businesses.
• Recommend energy supplier options based on customer needs.
• Develop new business opportunities between appointments.
• Travel within an assigned territory (around 30 miles).
