Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a friendly Bell Person/Guest Services Attendant for on-site role at its Naples Grande Beach Resort. You will greet guests, assist with door openings, escort to front desk, and guide them to their rooms while sharing information about amenities.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to deliver a memorable stay for visitors from diverse markets.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to solve problems when they arise.
• Ability to work in a team environment is a must.
• Pleasant and helpful personality.
• Must be able to work a full shift standing and moving around the hotel.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
• Interacts with all guests and welcomes them to the hotel.
• Open doors for guests arriving by vehicle and assist with escorting to the front desk.
• Escort guests and luggage to rooms and explain amenities and hotel facts.
• Work with other attendants to provide a personalized guest experience and maintain a welcoming lobby.
