Job summary

Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG) is seeking a friendly Lobby Attendant to maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and support guests with needs. You will be the first impression of the hotel, greet guests, keep spaces tidy, and assist as needed.

Work with the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service. This role offers opportunities within a nationwide portfolio and requires flexibility for shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience may be acceptable.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read labels and communicate with guests about needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and keep the lobby clean and organized.
• Assist guests and respond to guest needs as required.
• Report to the Front Office Manager or Director of Rooms.
• Support a welcoming first impression and reflect the brand standards.
