Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group seeks a friendly Lobby Attendant to maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and assist guests. You will be the first impression of the hotel, greet guests, and help keep public areas polished and orderly.

Ideal candidates are dependable, take pride in their work, and can adapt to a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position supports a culture of excellence in hospitality across our properties.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first impression of our hotel, ensuring guests feel welcomed and comfortable in our lobby.
• Greet guests, keep the lobby clean and organized, and provide assistance as needed.
• Report to the Front Office Manager or Director of Rooms.
• A lobby attendant role can lead to other opportunities within the hospitality industry.
