Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a friendly Lobby Attendant to maintain a clean, welcoming, and polished lobby for all guests. You will greet guests, keep public areas orderly, and respond to guest needs with a smile and professional demeanor.

You’ll report to the Front Office Manager or Director of Rooms and have opportunities to advance to roles such as front desk agent or concierge within our growing hospitality operation.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and guest interaction.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Be the first impression of our hotel, welcoming guests and maintaining a polished lobby.
• Greet guests, keep the lobby clean and organized, and assist as needed.
• Report to the Front Office Manager or Director of Rooms.
• Explore career growth opportunities within hospitality, including front desk or concierge roles.
