Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a friendly Lobby Attendant to maintain a clean, welcoming, and polished lobby for all guests. You will greet guests, keep public areas orderly, and respond to guest needs with a smile and professional demeanor.

You’ll report to the Front Office Manager or Director of Rooms and have opportunities to advance to roles such as front desk agent or concierge within our growing hospitality operation.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be the first impression of our hotel, ensuring guests feel welcomed and comfortable in our beautifully maintained lobby.
• Your daily tasks will include greeting guests, keeping the lobby clean and organized, and providing assistance as needed.
• You will report to the Front Office Manager or Director of Rooms.
• A career as a lobby attendant can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as front desk agent, concierge, or even a management position in hotel operations.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
