Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to warmly welcome guests, assist with inquiries, and deliver exceptional service within the Front Office. You will contribute to a safe, welcoming environment and uphold Hyatt's standards across the Rooms Division.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, a professional demeanor, and strong teamwork to support smooth hotel operations and memorable experiences for guests and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in the hotel operation.
• Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are required to support efficient Front Office operations and deliver a high standard of guest service.
