Job summary

Land Rover Alexandria is seeking a qualified and driven professional to join our service team to operate and manage our loaner fleet. The role involves maintaining a 60+ vehicle loaner pool, coordinating with service advisors, and ensuring vehicles are cleaned, serviced, and ready for loan to clients.

You will write loaner contracts, collect driver information, and bill for tolls/parking. Experience in a dealership/service center is a plus, with strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain a loaner fleet of 60+ vehicles.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors from the service department.
• Ensure loaner vehicles are cleaned and serviced and ready to loan.
• Prepare loaner contracts for daily service and sales clients; collect driver license, address and insurance details.
• Bill clients for EZ pass, tolls and parking violations.
• Coordinate with the body shop for damaged loaners; collect deductibles; assist with completion; bill for damages; provide daily vehicle availability counts; follow up on pickup times.

Expectations :

Help maintain a loaner fleet of 60 plus vehicles.

Work closely and communicate with Service Advisors from the service department.

Making sure that all vehicle are cleaned, and serviced to be ready to be loaned out to clients.

Writing up loaner contracts for daily service and sales clients. Collecting accurate information, as far as drivers license, address, insurance information.

Billing clients for any EZ pass, toll and parking meter violations.

Coordinating with the body shop for any damaged loaner vehicles, collecting client deductibles and assisting with completion within a timely matter, billing clients for damage that occurs while in their possession, providing the service department with a daily count of available loaner vehicles, and following up with service advisor and or the clients who are in the loaners to establish a pick up time.
