Responsibilities include documenting transactions, vehicle inspections, and explaining policies to customers. A HS diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and the ability to work full-time are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete all loaner vehicle contracts and documentation accurately.
• Ensure loaner vehicles are clean, fueled, and by the policy.
• Qualify customers using Logitrac software.
• Verify customer documentation before releasing vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds with customers during check-in/out.
• Use tablets/software to assess customer needs and complete workflow.
• Explain loaner policies, geo-fence restrictions, rates and charges clearly.
• Review return dates and charges with customers at return.
