Job summary

Lexus of Winter Park is seeking a courteous Loaner/Rental Agent to ensure customers receive and return courtesy loaner and rental vehicles in line with policy. You will help with vehicle checkout, staging, and documentation while delivering professional service.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent and related experience.
• Ability to operate a computer and fleet management software.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Check out and return loaner vehicles according to policies.
• Arrange ready/returned vehicles in showroom or service areas as required.
• Document maintenance needs for returned vehicles and coordinate repairs.
• Drive vehicles to and from showroom, display areas, and service as needed.
• Greet customers professionally and ensure accurate charges for any damages or tickets.
• File documentation with insurance or state/federal agencies per policy.
• Assist in maintaining inventory to satisfy customer requests.
• Complete required reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Maintain good working relationships with other departments.
• Uphold safety, confidentiality, and work-rule policies.
• Attend company meetings and work evenings/weekends as required.
