• Greet customers professionally and facilitate loaner/rental transactions in accordance with company policy.
• Ensure loaner vehicles are checked out and returned on time; document any required maintenance.
• Maintain inventory to satisfy customer requests and coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure customers are charged correctly for any damages, tickets or tolls and file relevant paperwork.

• Commitment: Ensure our customers have a world-class service experience, greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, and assists in maintaining inventory to satisfy customer requests.

• Service: Ensures loaner vehicles are checked out and returned according to company policies and documents any required maintenance for returned vehicles.

• Collaboration: Establishes and maintains good working relationships with other departments.

• Technical Expertise: Files documentation with insurance or state/federal agency, and ensures that customers are charged appropriately for any damage, moving violations, tickets and tolls.
