Job summary

Sunset Porsche Audi Beaverton is seeking a Service Loaner Agent to greet customers, manage the loaner fleet, and ensure a smooth check-in experience while their vehicle is serviced.

This on-site role requires a year of customer-facing experience, strong communication, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with MS Office and Dealerware. The position offers competitive hourly pay and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet service customers promptly as a concierge for loaner process.
• Handle inquiries/complaints with tact and manage high-volume calls.
• Send daily reminders for documentation to ensure frictionless check-in.
• Assist in accident reporting, insurance claims, and deductible collections for loaners.
• Maintain daily fleet staging, cleaning, fueling, and parking by 11:00 AM.
• Execute loaner contracts with accuracy, verify licenses, insurance, and payment details.
• Track vehicle status, keys, and stock numbers using Dealerware and Excel.
• Coordinate with body shops and rental agencies to ensure vehicle availability.
