Subaru of Sterling is seeking a full-time Loaner Services Assistant to manage loaner vehicle check-in and check-out with a focus on efficiency and customer care. This role supports the Service department and reports to the Service Manager.

The position requires no prior experience, but emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and CRM proficiency. Weekend availability is required to ensure smooth service drive operations and interdepartmental coordination.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused attitude and strong follow-up skills.
• Ability to convert internet leads to appointments and sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including CRM proficiency.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assure proper check in/check out of loaner vehicles upon client departure/return.
• Assess loaners for mileage, damage, fuel level and cleanliness.
• Remind clients to remove personal belongings.
• Ensure loaner check in/out process is efficient with a smooth flow.
• Assist Loaner Agent in preparing new loaner vehicles and retiring expired units.
