Job summary

CitySide Subaru in Belmont, MA is seeking a Service Valet/Lot Attendant. This position offers both full-time and part-time hours with an hourly rate of $17.00–$20.00.

You will greet customers, move vehicles, check for damage, and assist with parts delivery while keeping the lot clean and organized. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Must be able to drive standard transmission vehicles.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good attitude and be able to work in a team environment.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Will train right person and advancement opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome service customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Install Floor mats and identification tags in all vehicles that arrive for service.
• Drive vehicles from the service lane to the service parking lot.
• Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner.
• Retrieve customer vehicles from the parking lot.
• Inspect each vehicle for damage at all touch points.
• Deliver parts as requested by Service and Parts department.
• Inspect loaner car fleet for damage and cleanliness.
• Drop off and pick up customers or their vehicles from locations near dealership.
• Maintain servicelot and dealership cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
