Job summary

Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a nationally recognized private lender serving real estate investors nationwide through Short-Term Bridge Loans and Long-Term Rental Financing. DFS is seeking experienced Asset Managers to own a portfolio of loans not maintaining full compliance, developing solutions to keep borrowers on track and protect company capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in asset management or related fields.
• Experience evaluating construction/renovation budgets and draw requests.
• Ability to assess borrower business plans and liquidity.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and actively manage a portfolio of loans out of compliance.
• Monitor performance to spot deviations early and protect company capital.
• Evaluate borrower plans, budgets, draw requests, and scope changes.
• Review and structure maturity extensions and workout terms.
• Lead conversations with borrowers and guarantors on remediation.
• Collaborate with underwriting, servicing, legal, and leadership to select best path.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate document review and analysis.
