Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a nationally recognized private lender serving real estate investors with Short-Term Bridge Loans and Long-Term Rental Loans. We seek a detail-oriented Loan Administrator to join our growing team and ensure accurate loan records and compliant processing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in loan servicing, loan documentation, or a related financial role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with general ledger balancing and common banking transactions
• Experience with Salesforce or other loan servicing software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete and accurate loan records in compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Process loan payoffs efficiently and issue necessary documentation for borrower requests
• Generate and distribute recurring notices across all product lines, including billing statements and maturity notices
• Prepare and verify loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Perform precise data entry in Salesforce, updating loan details and maintaining data integrity
• Provide clear, professional customer service by addressing loan-related inquiries and resolving issues
• Conduct regular audits of loan files to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Reconcile payments and process financial transactions with a high level of accuracy
• Support financial reporting and compliance efforts by updating reports for partners and stakeholders
• Collaborate with underwriting, loan origination, and accounting teams to improve workflow efficiency
• Assist with daily reconciliations and documentation of deposits, new loans, and loan transfers in QuickBooks and Excel
