Job summary

Dominion Financial Services is seeking an Asset Manager to own and manage loans not in compliance, crafting solutions to return them to status while protecting company capital. You will work with borrowers on extensions, draw management, and other exceptions, using underwriting, financial and construction analysis, and AI tools to drive outcomes.

You will collaborate with underwriting, servicing, legal, and leadership to present clear recommendations and contribute to scalable risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of asset management or related experience.
• Experience evaluating construction budgets and loan documents.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and actively manage an out-of-compliance loan portfolio from deviation to cure or transfer.
• Monitor portfolio performance and detect compliance deviations early.
• Review budgets, scopes of work, and draw requests to assess deviations.
• Structure extension requests and workouts with borrowers.
• Escalate fraud or misrepresentation with documentation.
• Lead conversations with borrowers and guarantors.
