Job summary

Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to own a portfolio of loans not maintaining full compliance. You will identify deviations from borrower business plans before default and design solutions to bring loans back to compliance while protecting company capital.

You will work with borrowers on extensions, draw management, and other exceptions, applying underwriting, financial and construction analysis to structure fair outcomes and escalate when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in property/asset management, loss mitigation, or similar.
• Understanding of loan modifications and workouts.
• Proficiency with budgets, draw requests, and scopes of work.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and actively manage a portfolio of loans out of compliance from identification through cure or transfer.
• Monitor performance and borrower behavior to spot compliance deviations early.
• Review budgets, scopes of work, draws, and inspection reports to assess plan adherence.
• Review and structure maturity extensions and other exceptions to protect the company.
• Lead conversations with borrowers and collaborate with underwriting, servicing, and legal teams.
