Job summary

You will work with dealers, members and staff, manage title work for vehicles, and support insurance and claim processing while maintaining accurate records and compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Minimum two years of related experience in lending or financial institutions.
• Knowledge of lending rules and regulations.
• Experience with title work and collateral documentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and loan management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and verifies loan documentation with proper signatures.
• Processes lien titles for autos, boats, and RVs as applicable.
• Coordinates with dealers, members and insurance companies.
• Maintains timely lien releases per state guidelines.
• Assists with product claims, cancellations, and insurance claims.
