Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Three or more years' related experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for detailed loan inquiries and core loan system questions.
• Perform daily back-office loan maintenance and balancing.
• Verify lien filings and release liens when loans are satisfied.
• Process incoming payments and deposits; manage credit insurance payments.
• Assist with mergers, acquisitions and process improvements.
• Produce standard letters for lien releases and payment history requests.
