Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior lending or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, DealerTrack, DocuSign and other web-based systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to members and internal partners.
• Track and resolve unperfected liens and review post-closing reports.
• Build partnerships with members, dealers, DMV/DNR offices, and other financial institutions.
• Perfect and process DMV/DNR documentation to secure lien perfection; manage loan maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate records, balance GL accounts, and monitor lien statuses.
• Keep operations running smoothly by managing shared inboxes and inventory control.
