Job summary

Colorado Credit Union is seeking a Loan Support Specialist to provide administrative and member service support for loan-related documentation and collateral records. The role focuses on title administration, lien perfection, document management, and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional service to members and dealerships.

Responsibilities include posting payoffs, processing title work, handling liens, and aligning with loan processing to ensure proper filings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of similar or related experience is preferred.
• Experience in financial institutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post payoffs and release liens/mail out titles.
• Receive, log, and process all incoming title work and submit to DMV.
• Receive, index, and maintain title documentation; follow-up on outstanding titles.
• Assist in answering inquiries regarding titles.
• Independently work with members, DMV, dealerships, and other sources to timely perfect liens and handle lien rejections.
• Run GAP and extended warranty reports; process GAP and warranty refunds.
• Coordinate with loan processing staff to handle all necessary vehicle title documentation to ensure proper filing of lien.
• Work closely with Loan Support Manager to improve processes, procedures, and efficiencies across all interactions from Financial Service Specialists to processors.
