Job summary

Greenwood Credit Union seeks a Loan Servicing specialist to handle onboarding, payments, escrow, and reporting. You will support loan and investor servicing and assist in title administration, ensuring accurate processing and timely communications with members and dealers.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mortgage and consumer loan terminology and regulations.
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry and use standard software tools.
• Comfort with telephone and email etiquette and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform loan onboarding and process payments and payoffs in the core system.
• Support escrow administration and ensure timely payment analysis for members.
• Manage loan and investor participation servicing, including monthly reporting.
• Assist in title administration tasks and handle lien filings and releases.
• Research and resolve routine member inquiries on loan accounts.
• Prepare periodic loan servicing reports and ensure compliance.
