Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, assist with tax returns, and work directly with customers to meet financial needs. The role requires daily outbound calls, high-volume collections, in-person meetings, and loan closings, with performance-based earnings potential.

Compensation is $16–$18 per hour, based on experience and location, plus opportunities for bonuses based on branch performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Must be able to independently perform all required bank runs, including transporting deposits.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Drive loan sales and close applications by explaining terms and soliciting the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payment plans.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, and account questions.
• Process payments, account updates, tax documentation, and document all activity.
