World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales and manage collections while assisting customers with tax services and financial needs. The role requires daily outbound calls, in-person meetings, and close attention to compliance and performance goals.

You will handle a fast-paced workload, balancing sales targets with collections duties, and have opportunities for performance-based earnings and advancement within the branch network.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills with accurate and consistent data entry.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payment plans.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, payments, questions and issue resolution.
• Process payments and document activity in company systems.
• Maintain accurate records and handle cash and deposits.
