World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax returns. The role requires daily outbound calling, in-person meetings, and closing loans to meet performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payment plans.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and cross-sell services.
• Process payments, account updates, and tax-related documentation in company systems.
• Maintain accurate, compliant records and issue letters as required.
