Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey and to drive loan sales while managing past-due accounts. This in-person role requires daily outbound calling, high-volume collections, and meeting performance goals across sales, collections, tax services, and branch operations.

Compensation ranges from $15–$18 per hour, depending on experience and location, with performance-based bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, phone-intensive environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and requesting the business.
• Manage delinquent accounts and secure payments; conduct daily outbound collections.
• Prepare tax returns and assist customers with tax questions per policy.
• Assist customers in person with loans, tax services, payments, and account questions.
• Document all activity in company systems and maintain compliant records.
