Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience in any field.
• 6 months collections experience a plus.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist branch manager with loan processing and documentation.
• Process loan applications and verify documents to ensure compliance.
• Contact customers for payment arrangements and extensions.
