Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 2–4+ years consumer finance or related experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience.
• Computer skills required (Windows, Excel, Word).
• Strong customer service skills and communication ability.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office or calling by phone.
• Process payments, distributions, and loan approvals per policy.
• Approve loans up to lending limits and close loans.
• Handle collections activities including calls and in-person follow-ups.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and balance cash.
