You will greet customers, process verifications, assist with payments and closings, and actively market branch products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2–4+ years of consumer finance or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.
• Cash handling and customer-facing skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and solicit customers at the office or by phone.
• Process payments, distributions, and review loan approvals within lending limits.
• Approve loans up to established lending limits and complete closings.
• Handle account activities related to collections and customer communications.
• Prepare reports and documentation; maintain records and balances for branch.
