The Loan Consultant II role at Lendmark Financial Services focuses on delivering exceptional customer experience while providing personal loan solutions. You will build a customer base through sales, loan extensions and merchant referrals, with success measured by customer delight, sales, compliance, and monthly goals attainment.

Key duties include greeting and assisting customers, processing verifications and payments, approving loans within limits, handling collections, and actively marketing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2-4+ years of consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling, computer skills, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and excellent communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office or calling by phone.
• Process payments, distributions, and loan approval recommendations.
• Approve loans up to lending limits and complete closings.
• Handle collection accounts with calls and in-person meetings.
• Prepare reports, documentation and maintain records; manage cash drawer.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
