Qualifications

• Bilingual - Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role requirements to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement; meet branch goals.
• Maintain lifecycle of loans, including collections, while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Educate customers on loan options and optional insurance products.
