Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in customer service or sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must obtain applicable licenses to sell insurance products (where applicable).
• Reliable transportation and ability to work at assigned branch.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by solving problems and presenting loan solutions.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze financial information.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions.
• Meet or exceed branch sales goals and product targets.
• Maintain cash drawer and daily deposits as required.
