Job summary

Mariner Finance is seeking a customer-focused professional in North Carolina to join our team as a branch associate. You will help customers by presenting loan options, processing credit applications, and supporting daily branch operations.

The role requires at least one year in customer service or sales, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills. Bilingual capability and insurance licensing may be assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service or sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by proactively solving problems and presenting loan solutions.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze credit & financial information.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions.
• Meet or exceed individual and branch sales goals for products and services.
• Learn applicable Federal, State, and Local consumer laws to ensure compliance.
• Maintain a cash drawer and process payments; handle daily deposits as required.
• Performs additional duties as needed to ensure quality customer service.
