Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a Loan Consultant I to provide exceptional customer experience while delivering personal loan solutions. The role builds a customer base through sales, loan extensions, and merchant referrals, with success tied to customer experience, sales, compliance and goal attainment.

The position emphasizes accurate record-keeping, adherence to lending limits, and active marketing of branch products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling; computer skills; customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word applications.

Responsabilités

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office and by phone; process verifications, payments, and loan decisions.
• Prepare reports, correspondences, documentation; manage cash and records; close branch activity.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
