Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office and calling by phone; gather and verify information.
• Process payments and distributions; provide loan recommendations.
• Approve loans within lending limits and close loans; handle account activities.
• Prepare reports, correspondences and transaction documentation.
• Operate cash drawer; process deposits; maintain records and balances.
• Market branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
