Job summary

OneMain Financial is hiring a Loan Sales Specialist to listen to customer needs and provide fast, affordable financing options for life’s expenses. You will educate customers on loan terms and insurance options while guiding them through the loan lifecycle, including collections when needed.

The role emphasizes empathy, results, and meeting branch goals in a competitive yet supportive environment. On-site schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional extended hours including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales/Collections/Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement.
• Develop and maintain connections with customers throughout the loan process and life cycle.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while staying compliant with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan options.
